Q. Do I have to supply my own graphics?
A. No - We have over a million pieces of clip art and also do custom designs

Q. What format do you require for the artwork or photo file?
A.With artwork the best results are achieved by using vector graphics (i.e. CorelDraw X3, PDF, Adobe Illustrator Version 8, Photo Shop CS2, EPS, etc. files). You can send any file you can send to your ink jet (or laser) printer via your personal computer. If you send a bit map your best quality is achieved if these files are 600 dpi (when the picture at the size it will be printed). You can print lower dpi files but depending on how the artwork was created and/or the original sized and/or how it was saved will determine how good it will look after printing. A simple test for created graphics is to zoom (400-500%) into your artwork and see if it stays smooth or does it get spotty or gets choppy edges.
With photos we prefer to have the original camera file (not modified). The camera should be set at the highest possible quality setting. If possible the camera color preference should be set to RGB. This setting gives the most accurate colors with our printer. If you scan the picture into your computer set the scan dots per inch (dpi) at 600 dpi. If we will have to enlarge the picture scan it in at about 1200 dpi.

Q. Are the prints produced of high quality?
A.The printer produces crisp graphics with upto 600 dpi (dots per inch).

Q. How many colors will the printer produce?
A. Over16 millioncolorsusing our state-of-the-art 4-color printing process.

Q. What color of articles can it print on?
A.Currently we can print on white, pastels and some darker color shirts. Custom orders can utilize other colors but the best color results are with white or pastels.

Q. Can we print on dark color shirts?
A.It depends on the color of the garment. We can not print on black or navy blue. Darker reds or darker blues require us to use black ink to cover the shirt color.

Q. What is the maximum printing size?
A.14" wide X 16" long

Q. How much will it cost me to print a T-Shirt?
A.It depends on the whether you want one or both sides of the shirt printed and the size of the graphic. If your artwork is easily used the first, one side, white T-Shirt is $20.00 for a large graphic (~10" x 12" graphic, adult extra large or smaller). The cost rapidly decreases as the number ordered goes up. For example two identical white T-Shirts (adult extra large or smaller) are $13.50 each. Call or e-mail us for details.

Q. What kind of ink is used?
A.It is a water-based ink developed especially for printing on garments.

Q. Do you only print T-Shirts?
A. No, We print crew and hooded sweatshirts. Also rolled stone coasters, mouse pads and other items that will absorb the water based ink.

 Q. What types of material can you print on?
A.We can print on a variety of fabric types; however, best quality results are achieved using 100% cotton with 50% cotton 50% poly blends a close second.
